Each day they will focus on a new menu and learn how to make it from scratch!
The class will be held for 3 Days a Week (Tues, Wed, and Thur), the dates and times may vary, most classes are either 10:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Chef Greg may make adjustments according to the class's needs.
Missing 2 classes without calling ahead will result in dismissal from the course, with no refund.
Each student is expected to show up on time, with closed-toed shoes, long pants, and eagerness to learn!
The course is $1,600 per student - which includes 72 hours of culinary instruction, a Chef Jacket & Uniform, a knife set, and the food they make they will eat and/or take home. If this cost is a barrier to your participation in our program we will do our best to match you with a sponsor.
